Donations & Sponsorships

All donations, mile sponsorships, and other financial contributions to the Bristol to LA Project are voluntary and non-refundable once submitted, except where required by law or in cases of an error or unauthorized transaction.

If you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, please contact us through the website as soon as possible.

Merchandise & Products

If merchandise or other products are offered through the website, returns or exchanges will be handled according to the return policy provided at the time of purchase.

Items must generally be returned in unused and original condition within the stated return period. Certain items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Because donations and sponsorships may be processed immediately, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with any legitimate payment error.
